Cooler on the kids... kinder on the planet... Welcome to the Green Child brand! Green Child was formed by myself, Sally and husband Mark in 2008, its now 1 year later and we have launched! Like many parents, shopping for babies and children is just as enjoyable as shopping for you. It is made more difficult however when you want to buy something for your kids which is different in design, funky, made from natural materials, vibrant in colour and affordable.  This is when the Green Child idea was born! I wanted to create a brand which was unique, exciting, bright and friendly to our planet but not beige, boring or too expensive.  Working closely with a designer and manufactures, we developed an exclusive range of natural bedding and extra large hooded bath towels, made using organic and natural materials,  I want to be able to offer a wide range of products which can be made using as many natural and organic materials as possible without compromising on style or individuality. My main aim for Green Child is to offer all parents, friends and family the option to buy something different, made with care and from as many natural materials as possible, and with the reassurance that they are buying a product which has undergone product safety. Toys toys and more toys, sometimes your entire house can turn into one big toy room which is why I also wanted to offer a range of contemporary and funky wooden toys. If the toy looks stylish, you don’t mind having it hanging around your living space – the ride on’s look great in any home – promise!  Pamper – why shouldn’t the kids have a little pampering too! In addition to offering our Green Child products and adorable wooden toys, I also wanted to offer organic toiletries which fitted well with the Green Child brand.  I would love to one day offer my own brand of toiletries but at the moment, that’s not at the top of my to do list! So, I have found a wonderful brand called Cowshed which offers just the toiletry trick for parent and baby! Green Child will be introducing new products all the time.
