Delivery is FREE for all standard UK orders INCLUDING our products which are currently on offer. Customers who live outside mainland UK will need to select postage option from the drop down at check out.

We try our very best to dispatch your order the very same day. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.

If you are buying from www.greenchild.co.uk from overseas, including offshore UK, Scottish Highlands and Ireland, we do have to charge a little more to cover shipping costs. All our products are available for worldwide shipping apart from Nursery Furniture, all of these items unfortunately are not available for addresses outside mainland UK.

Please select which country your product is being shipped to, this will provide you with the shipping price at check out stage.

Next Day Delivery -

We do offer next day delivery for UK addresses and this is available on all products excluding Nursery Furniture. Should the product be out of stock we will notify you by email immediately. Please select next day delivery at check out. Next Day delivery is only available for orders received Monday - Thursday before 1.00 p.m and excludes bank holidays.

Postage Fees for Re-Deliveries

If you have missed your delivery, a 2nd attempt can be arranged with our courier who will re deliver on your chosen date. If you miss your delivery again through our courier service after rearranging it with the courier company your parcel will be returned to Green Child. A postage charge will then be made to re deliver your order. A member of the Green Child customer services team will email you to arrange this payment through our call centre.

If your order is delivered by Royal Mail, you will receive a card to explain you have missed your delivery and it will explain where you need to collect your parcel. All our Royal Mail deliveries are sent by recorded delivery.

Re-delivery for exchanged products - We are more than happy to exchange an unwanted item (please see our returns policy for full details) and for any products which are exchanged for another product, there will be a redelivery charge of £3.99 for small items, £5.99 for larger items such as wooden toys and £15.99 for furniture.
